Once an order is placed, it moves directly into our fulfillment process. If you need to cancel your order after it has been submitted but before it has shipped, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation and refund requests; however, because orders may be processed quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed. If we are unable to cancel your order before shipment, you may request a return within our standard 30-day return window, provided the order meets our return eligibility requirements.
